Anyone can create or edit a page/article, but you have to create a free account first (see Create Account) and must confirm email. One you are logged in, in Desktop view look for "Edit" tab at the top of any page, next to "Read". (if you are in Mobile view, change to Desktop view via link at bottom of page). To create a page, click "Create New Page" in desktop-view left navigation, or Create New Page form on home page (see below).
