Solution
Approach Portland’s nearly 100 neighborhood associations. (Note - use guide above?). Partner with students PSU’s Center for Public Interest Design. Obtain donations and sponsors. Connect with city and county policymakers to obtain incentives and variances. Design houses to go around a central spaces where service providers, farmers markets, can come. Make the units very attractive so that they are an asset to the neighborhood.
Comments
