AB915
AB915 is a bill introduced in the 2017-18 California legislature to modify the California State Density Bonus Law, particularly in application to San Francisco.

Requires cities, counties with inclusionary housing ordinance to apply the ordinance to the total number of housing units in a development, included any additional units granted (through density bonuses, for example)
